The personal injury attorneys at Wiener & Lambka are dedicated to compassionate client service and aggressive legal representation.
We provide free telephonic consultations with no obligation to retain our services.
We charge on a contingency fee basis, meaning we don’t obtain any legal fees unless or until we collect an award or settlement for our client. Our clients do not need to provide any money to us in order to retain our services.
We will also pay the costs incurred in our client’s cases up-front, with the understanding (as all Washington attorneys must have with their clients) that the client is always ultimately responsible for the costs of their case. We discuss our fees and costs in detail with every client and advise them of the risks and rewards of their individual case.
We advise, we don’t dictate.
Our job is to provide our clients with sound advice and information so that they can make informed decisions.
We come to you!
We don’t make our injured clients, who already have enough on their plate, travel to us. We will come to you to fill out all representation documents and exchange information needed.
We work hard to resolve our client’s cases without the need for a lawsuit.
Our mode of operation is to properly prepare your case from the beginning, as early as possible, so that we’re ready for the court room if necessary. By handling cases in this way, we believe that we are much more likely to resolve your matter without litigation. We typically resolve 85% of our clients’ cases without having to file a lawsuit.
