Bruce Wiener is an exceptionally well-educated and experienced personal injury lawyer who studied at some of the nation’s most prestigious higher learning institutions. After completing his undergraduate degree at the University of California, Berkeley, Mr. Wiener moved to San Diego where he finished the rigorous law program at University of San Diego in 1981.
