MENTAL HEALTH AND SUICIDE HOTLINE INFORMATION

MENTAL HEALTH AND SUICIDE HOTLINE INFORMATION-

As we have all been adversely affected by the Covid 19 pandemic, Wiener and Lambka, PS wants to take a moment to remind people that a decline in one’s mental outlook is a normal and likely result from these circumstances.

The days are darker, the rain is falling regularly, times are hard and the holidays are coming upon us shortly. Mental health issues related to our lockdown and the pandemic are to be expected and will probably be especially hard for people with depression and other mental health disorders.

NAMI, The National Alliance on Mental Illness has a 24-hour helpline: 800-950-6264.

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: If you further concerned about someone or yourself, the suicide hotline is: 1-800-273-8255
